Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Iron Cortex LTD (Company No: 16889774, Academy House, 11 Dunraven Place, Bridgend, CF31 1JF, United Kingdom), which operates TrueLogos. They govern your use of TrueLogos and the logo design and branding services we sell, and apply to individuals applying to work as designers on the platform. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. You may open and use your account for yourself or for a company or other organisation. When you use it for an organisation, that organisation is the customer under these terms and is responsible for the account and everything bought through it, and you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf. Rights that the law gives only to consumers, such as the statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase, apply to an individual buying for personal use and not to an organisation buying for its business. Everything our policies promise, including the refund of unused credits, applies to every customer alike.

TrueLogos sells logo design and branding services. When you order a project, your contract for the design service is with TrueLogos: we are the seller, and we engage an independent, identity-verified designer as our subcontractor to deliver the work. Payment is made to TrueLogos, and TrueLogos pays the designer. How the service is delivered: • Designer choice: see the portfolios of the identity-verified designers we work with • Brief and quote: you submit a brief; a designer quotes for it and you accept the quote in your dashboard • Messaging: you talk to the designer assigned to your project through the project's in-platform messages • Delivery: the designer uploads the work to your project dashboard, where you can request revisions • Payment on approval: we release payment to the designer only after you approve the final delivery, or after our support team resolves a dispute in the designer's favour • Files: you download the approved files from your dashboard. Designers can upload PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF images up to 10 MB each, SVG files up to 4 MB, and PDF, AI or EPS files up to 50 MB each

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain the security of your password and account • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Be at least 18 years old We do not open new accounts for customers in Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Cuba. We refuse a sign-up from an IP address located in one of these countries or with an email address on their national domains or on major Russian and Belarusian email providers, and we refuse payments with a billing country among them. Existing accounts keep access to their account and balance. You can delete your account yourself at any time (see our Cancellation Policy).

• Credits are prepayment for TrueLogos design services, bought in advance as one-time purchases; they are spent on the projects you order • Credits do not expire • Prices are set in euros and displayed in your selected currency: Euro (EUR), US Dollar (USD), Saudi Riyal (SAR), Moroccan Dirham (MAD), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Sri Lankan Rupee (LKR), Azerbaijani Manat (AZN), Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT), Chilean Peso (CLP), South African Rand (ZAR), Brazilian Real (BRL), Argentine Peso (ARS), Kyrgyzstani Som (KGS) • A custom amount can be any amount from €1 to €20,000, or its equivalent in the currency you pick at the day's rate (US dollars included), with the maximum rounded down to a round figure so it never exceeds €20,000 • Prices in other currencies are converted at exchange rates from a public exchange-rate service, refreshed once every 24 hours; if the rate service is unavailable, the last rates we received stay in use (or, before any have been received, a built-in table of reference rates). The price you see in your currency is the price you pay • Your payment is made to TrueLogos; we do not hold funds on behalf of designers or any third party • We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards (other card brands may be declined), processed by our payment processor • Credits are one-time purchases with no recurring charges • No credits are taken when you submit a brief. Accepting a designer's quote takes that project's credits from your balance; the cost is shown before you confirm • Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase to the original payment method; a project cancelled before you accept a designer's quote costs nothing, because no credits are taken until you accept a quote. Refunds are owed and paid by TrueLogos under our Refund Policy

• Once you approve the final delivery of a paid project, the logo created for it becomes your exclusive property, with full commercial usage rights • Our service, branding, and platform remain our exclusive property • Designers warrant that their work does not infringe third-party rights • We recommend conducting a trademark search before commercial use

You may not use our service to: • Create logos that infringe on existing trademarks or copyrights • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Transmit malware or harmful code • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Resell our services without authorization • Use automated systems to abuse our service

• Every designer's identity is checked by our team before they can take projects • Verified designers display a verification badge on their profile • Designer pay: for each project, the full price the designer quoted and the client accepted is credited to the designer's balance on TrueLogos, only after the client approves the final delivery, or after our support team resolves a dispute in the designer's favour. TrueLogos takes no platform fee from the designer's share (0%); if that changes, the fee will be stated in these Terms and in the designer agreement before it applies

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law (UK GDPR, and the EU GDPR where it applies): • We process data lawfully and transparently • We protect your data with access controls and encrypted (HTTPS) connections • Files you upload are stored at long, random web addresses that are not listed anywhere; anyone who has a file's address can open it • We do not sell your personal data • You can delete your account (Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account) and request deletion of your data at any time

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee: • Perfect design suitability for all purposes • Trademark availability of designs • Uninterrupted service availability • Error-free operation Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumers have under the law. For professional trademark advice, consult a legal professional.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueLogos shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of profits or business opportunities • Damages exceeding the amount paid for the specific service • Issues arising from third-party services or content • Force majeure events

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales; if you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live • We encourage resolution through direct communication first: support@truelogos.pro (see Complaints below) • You retain the right to dispute card transactions with your card issuer

If something has gone wrong, email support@truelogos.pro from the address on your account and tell us what happened and which project or payment it concerns. A person reads every complaint. We aim to reply within 5 working days and will tell you what we can do about it. If our answer does not resolve it, you can take it further: • In England and Wales, the Citizens Advice consumer service (citizensadvice.org.uk) gives free advice and can pass your complaint to Trading Standards • In Scotland, Advice Direct Scotland (consumeradvice.scot); in Northern Ireland, Consumerline (nidirect.gov.uk/consumerline) • If you live in the EU, the European Consumer Centre in your country (part of the ECC-Net network) helps with complaints against a trader based in another country • We do not currently use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider • A card payment can also be disputed with your card issuer None of these affects your right to take the matter to court (see Governing Law).

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
