TrueLogos provides professional designer marketplace services including: • Designer Marketplace: Connect with KYC-verified professional logo designers • Portfolio Browsing: View designer portfolios and reviews • Project Management: Manage your logo design projects • Secure Messaging: Communicate directly with designers • Escrow Payments: Secure payment protection until work is approved • File Delivery: Receive logos in SVG, PNG, and PDF formats

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain the security of your password and account • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

• Prices are displayed in your selected currency (EUR, USD, SAR, MAD, CAD, or LKR) • Exchange rates are updated automatically and sourced from reliable financial data providers • Credits are purchased in advance and do not expire • Credits are used to hire designers for logo projects • All payments are securely processed through Stripe • We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) • Credits are one-time purchases with no recurring charges • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

• You retain all rights to logos created by designers you hire • Upon payment approval, logos become your exclusive property • You receive full commercial usage rights for all purchased logos • Our service, branding, and platform remain our exclusive property • Designers warrant that their work does not infringe third-party rights • We recommend conducting a trademark search before commercial use

You may not use our service to: • Create logos that infringe on existing trademarks or copyrights • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Transmit malware or harmful code • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Resell our services without authorization • Use automated systems to abuse our service

• All designers pass identity verification • Verification ensures you work with real, verified professionals • Designer credentials and identity are confirmed • We maintain strict standards for designer onboarding • Verified designers display a verification badge on their profile

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR: • Process data lawfully and transparently • Use encryption to protect your content • Do not sell your personal data • Allow you to request data deletion at any time

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee: • Perfect design suitability for all purposes • Trademark availability of designs • Uninterrupted service availability • Error-free operation For professional trademark advice, consult a legal professional.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueLogos shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of profits or business opportunities • Damages exceeding the amount paid for the specific service • Issues arising from third-party services or content • Force majeure events

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales • We encourage resolution through direct communication first • You retain the right to dispute card transactions with your card issuer

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by: • Updating the "Last updated" date • Sending email notifications for significant changes • Displaying prominent notices on our website Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
