Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel projects, what happens when you cancel, and how credits are handled.
1Project Cancellation
You can cancel a project at various stages:
Before Designer Accepts:
• Full refund of credits to your account
• Cancellation is immediate
• No questions asked
After Project Starts:
• Contact support to discuss options
• Partial refund may be available depending on work completed
• Designer is compensated for completed work
2How to Cancel a Project
Method 1: Project Dashboard
1. Go to your project in the dashboard
2. Click "Cancel Project"
3. Select your reason (optional but helpful)
4. Confirm cancellation
Method 2: Contact Support
Email support@truelogos.pro with:
• Your project ID
• Reason for cancellation
• Any relevant details
3What Happens After Cancellation
When you cancel a project:
• Project status changes to "Cancelled"
• Designer is notified
• Eligible refund processed to your credit balance
• Project files remain accessible for 30 days
• You can download any delivered work
4Credit Refunds
Credit refund amounts depend on project stage:
• Before acceptance: 100% refund
• Initial concepts delivered: Up to 50% refund
• Revisions in progress: Case-by-case basis
• Final delivery approved: No refund (project complete)
Refunds are added to your TrueLogos credit balance instantly.
5Designer Cancellation
If a designer cancels your project:
• You receive a full refund of credits
• You're notified immediately
• You can hire a different designer
• No negative impact on your account
6Account Credits
About your credit balance:
• Credits do not expire
• Credits are non-refundable for cash after 14 days
• Unused credits remain in your account
• Credits can be used for any future project
7Deleting Your Account
If you want to permanently delete your TrueLogos account:
How to Delete Your Account:
1. Go to Settings → Account
2. Click "Delete Account"
3. Confirm deletion by entering your password
4. Your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days
What Gets Deleted:
• Account information
• Project history
• Uploaded files
• Settings and preferences
What Is Retained:
• Transaction records (7 years for tax compliance)
• Anonymized analytics data
8Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a cancellation decision:
1. Contact support within 7 days
2. Provide detailed explanation
3. We review within 48 hours
4. Final decision communicated via email
We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.
9Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated via email.
