Cancellation Policy

Until you accept a designer's quote: • Click "Cancel Project" on the project page and confirm • Cancellation is immediate and no reason is needed • No credits are taken until you accept a quote, so cancelling costs nothing After you accept a quote (work has started): • Email support@truelogos.pro with your project name and the reason • A person reviews the work done so far and we return the credits for the work not yet done, case by case, as set out in our Refund Policy

• The project status changes to "Cancelled" • Any credits returned appear in your balance and in your credit history

If a designer stops working on your project or does not deliver: • All of that project's credits go back to your balance • You can hire a different designer

• Credits do not expire • Unused credits can be refunded as money within 14 days of purchase, to the original payment method • After that, unused credits stay in your account for any future project • There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing recurring to cancel

You can delete your TrueLogos account yourself, at any time: 1. Open Settings from your account menu 2. Scroll to the Danger Zone and click "Delete Account" 3. Confirm the deletion prompt (Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account) What happens: • First we delete your files from our file storage: the files you uploaded (brief reference images, chat attachments, profile and portfolio pictures), the files delivered to you as a client, and - for designers - identity, address, bank and tax documents. If that fails, nothing is changed and you can try again. • If your account has no purchase, project or payout history, it is then deleted outright: login credentials, profile and briefs are permanently removed. • If it has purchase, project or payout history, your login credentials and profile information (name, email, image and - for designers - bank/payout and verification details and portfolio) are permanently removed. Transaction, project and payout records, with the briefs and messages of those projects, are kept under an anonymised account for 7 years, for our legal and accounting obligations and for dispute resolution. Files a designer delivered to a client stay with that client's project. • You are signed out on this device, and your other devices are signed out at their next request. Ask for any refund of unused credits before you delete your account.

If you disagree with a cancellation or refund decision, reply to our email or write to support@truelogos.pro with your reasons. A person reviews your case and we reply by email with the final decision.

We may change this Cancellation Policy. Changes are posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
