1What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let the site recognise your device and remember things such as your sign-in and your currency.
2Cookie Categories
We use two categories, the same two you see in our cookie banner:
Necessary: required for sign-in, security and charging the price you see. They are always on.
Analytics: product analytics (pages viewed, clicks, page load timings), linked to your name and email when you are signed in. Off until you accept them in the banner. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, analytics stays off even after you accept.

4Browser Storage
- cookie-consent: Remembers your cookie choice
- truelogos_currency: Remembers your currency (euros until you pick another)
- nextauth.message: Keeps sign-in and sign-out in step across your open tabs
- ph_* and ph_ident: Product analytics state, in local and session storage. Only after you accept Analytics; deleted at once when you turn Analytics off
- __ph_opt_in_out_*: Set only when you turn Analytics off on a page where it was running: keeps analytics off on that page
5Changing Your Choice
Click "Manage Cookies" in the footer of any page to reopen your cookie settings, switch Analytics on or off and click "Save preferences". "Accept all" in the banner turns Analytics on; "Reject all" keeps only the Necessary cookies; "Settings" lets you choose.
Turning Analytics off takes effect on the page you are on: analytics stops, and its ph_* cookies and browser storage are deleted at once.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block Necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in.
6Changes to This Cookie Policy
We update this Cookie Policy whenever the cookies we set change. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised.
