Payment Policy
Last updated: December 2025
This Payment Policy explains how payments are processed, accepted payment methods, our credit system, and how your payment information is protected.
1Secure Payment Processing
All payments are securely handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment service provider. TrueLogos does not store your full credit card information on our servers. All payment data is processed using industry-standard encryption.
When you enter payment information, it is transmitted directly to secure payment servers. We receive only:
• Last 4 digits of your card
• Card brand (Visa, Mastercard)
• Card expiration date
• Billing name
2Accepted Payment Methods
Credit and Debit Cards:
• Visa
• Mastercard
Available payment methods may vary by region. Contact us at support@truelogos.pro if you need assistance.
3Currency
All prices are listed in Euros (EUR/€). If you pay with a non-EU credit card, your financial institution may convert the charge to your local currency and apply foreign transaction fees. TrueLogos is not responsible for currency conversion rates or fees charged by your bank.
4Credit Purchases
TrueLogos operates on a credit-based model:
• Credits are purchased in advance as one-time payments
• No recurring charges or automatic renewals
• Credits do not expire
• You are charged immediately upon purchase
• Credits are added to your account instantly
• You receive an email receipt for each purchase
5Credit Usage
Credits are used to hire designers and pay for projects:
• Browse and contact designers: Free
• Hire a designer: Credits based on quoted price
• Project payments held in escrow until approval
• Unused credits remain in your account
Credit costs are displayed before each action. You will not be charged more than indicated.
6Escrow System
For your protection, project payments use escrow:
• Payment is held securely when you hire a designer
• Designer receives payment only after you approve work
• If issues arise, funds can be refunded
• Escrow protects both clients and designers
7Receipts and Invoices
After each successful payment:
• An email receipt is sent to your account email
• Receipt includes charge amount, date, and payment method
• View past invoices in Settings → Billing
• Download invoices as PDFs for accounting
8Taxes
Prices displayed exclude applicable taxes.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.
9Failed Payments
If your payment fails:
• You will receive an error notification
• No credits will be added to your account
• You can retry with the same or different payment method
Common reasons for failed payments:
• Expired credit card
• Insufficient funds
• Card declined by bank
• Incorrect billing information
10Chargebacks
Your Rights:
You have the right to dispute transactions with your bank if you believe a charge is fraudulent, unauthorized, or incorrect. You may initiate a chargeback through your financial institution.
We Recommend:
Contact us at support@truelogos.pro first. We can often resolve issues faster and avoid account disruption.
Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended pending investigation.
11Data Security
Your payment information is protected by:
• PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance
• TLS/SSL encryption in transit
• Tokenization (we never store full card numbers)
• Regular security audits
