Payment Policy

TrueLogos, operated by Iron Cortex LTD, is the seller of every design service bought on this site. • When you buy credits and spend them on a project, you are buying the design service from TrueLogos • Every payment you make goes to TrueLogos - never to a designer directly • TrueLogos engages an independent designer to deliver your project and pays that designer itself, as its subcontractor • We do not hold money on behalf of designers or anyone else: the credits you buy are prepayment for TrueLogos services • If a refund is due, TrueLogos owes it to you, not the designer (see our Refund Policy)

Card payments are handled by our payment processor. Your card number, expiry date and CVV pass over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection through our server to the payment processor and are not stored by TrueLogos. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment (3-D Secure). We keep a record of each payment: amount, currency, credits added, date and status.

You can pay in: Euro (EUR), US Dollar (USD), Saudi Riyal (SAR), Moroccan Dirham (MAD), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Sri Lankan Rupee (LKR), Azerbaijani Manat (AZN), Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT), Chilean Peso (CLP), South African Rand (ZAR), Brazilian Real (BRL), Argentine Peso (ARS), Kyrgyzstani Som (KGS). Prices are set in euros and converted at exchange rates from a public exchange-rate service, refreshed once every 24 hours; if the rate service is unavailable, the last rates we received stay in use (or, before any have been received, a built-in table of reference rates). The same rates set the price shown and the amount charged, so the price you see in your currency is the price you pay. Choose your currency with the currency selector in the header or footer. Your bank may charge its own fees for a payment in a foreign currency.

• Credits are prepayment for TrueLogos design services, bought in advance as one-time purchases • No recurring charges or automatic renewals • Credits do not expire • You are charged once, at purchase, and the credits are added to your account immediately • Each purchase is listed in your account under Payment History (Settings → Billing → See your payment history), with its date, the credits added and the amount paid; PDF invoices are not issued • A custom amount can be any amount from €1 to €20,000, or its equivalent in the currency you pick at the day's rate (US dollars included), with the maximum rounded down to a round figure so it never exceeds €20,000 • Any custom amount within that range buys at least one credit

• Browsing designers and their portfolios is free • No credits are taken when you submit a brief. Accepting a designer's quote takes that project's credits from your balance; the cost is shown before you confirm • The designer delivers the work in your project dashboard, where you can request revisions • We release payment to the designer only after you approve the final delivery, or after our support team resolves a dispute in the designer's favour; the designer's share is credited to the designer's balance on TrueLogos • Cancelling before you accept a quote costs nothing. If a project is cancelled after that or the designer does not deliver, credits are returned under our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy

If your payment fails, you see an error message, no credits are added and nothing is charged. You can retry with the same or a different card. Common reasons: expired card, insufficient funds, card declined by the bank, incorrect billing information, or a billing country where we do not offer the service.

You have the right to dispute a transaction with your bank if you believe a charge is fraudulent, unauthorised or incorrect. We recommend contacting us at support@truelogos.pro first; we can often resolve issues faster. We may stop selling to an account with an unresolved chargeback while we look into it.
