Delivery Policy

TrueLogos delivers custom logo designs from identity-verified designers digitally, through your project dashboard. We do not ship physical products; for printed materials you can give your downloaded files to any printer.

• Initial concepts and revisions: on the timeline you and your designer agree before the project starts • Final delivery: when you approve it Timelines depend on the project's scope and the number of revision rounds.

Your designer uploads the finished work to your project. Designers can upload PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF images up to 10 MB each, SVG files up to 4 MB, and PDF, AI or EPS files up to 50 MB each. Which files you receive is set by your brief and the designer's quote; editable source files are the "Source Files" option in the brief.

• Every brief includes 2 revision rounds. In the brief you can add 4 revision rounds (+250 credits, with 5 concepts) or unlimited revisions (+500 credits); the designer's quote confirms the final price • Request changes with "Request Revision" on the delivery in your project; discuss details in the project messages

• Delivered files can be downloaded from your project as often as you like • Files stay in your project for as long as your account exists • Files you download are yours to keep

• You pay TrueLogos, the seller of the design service • We release payment to the designer only after you approve the final delivery, or after our support team resolves a dispute in the designer's favour • Disputes are handled by our support team under our Refund Policy

• If a project is delayed, the designer tells you the new timeline in the project messages • You can ask our support team to step in, including for an unresponsive designer • Significant delays beyond the agreed timeline may qualify for a full or partial return of credits under our Refund Policy
