Typical project timelines depend on the designer and scope: • Initial concepts: 3-5 business days after project start • Revisions: 1-2 business days per round • Final delivery: Upon your approval • Rush projects: Some designers offer expedited options Timelines are agreed upon between you and your designer before the project begins.

How your project is delivered: 1. Designer submits work through our platform 2. You receive a notification to review 3. Preview files in your project dashboard 4. Request revisions if needed 5. Approve the final design 6. Download all file formats

All completed logos are delivered in: • SVG: Scalable vector—ideal for web and resizing • PNG: High-resolution raster with transparent background • PDF: Print-ready vector format • AI/EPS: Original source files (available from most designers) All files are optimized for commercial use with full quality.

Revisions are part of the design process: • Number of revisions defined in project scope • Request changes through the platform messaging • Designer responds within agreed timeframe • Additional revisions may incur extra cost • Clear communication ensures best results

Once your project is approved: • Download buttons appear immediately • All file formats available at once • Downloads start instantly when clicked • No limit on number of downloads • Re-download from your project history anytime

• Project files stored for 90 days after completion • Access and re-download anytime during this period • Downloaded files are yours to keep permanently • After 90 days, files may be archived • Contact support to restore archived files

TrueLogos is digital-only. We do not ship physical products. For printed materials (business cards, signage), you can provide your downloaded logo files to any print vendor.
