Iron Cortex LTD (Company No: 16889774, Academy House, 11 Dunraven Place, Bridgend, CF31 1JF, United Kingdom) operates TrueLogos and is the controller of your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and your rights. Contact for privacy questions: support@truelogos.pro.

We use your information to: • Provide your account and the design projects you order • Process payments, refunds and your credit balance • Pass your brief, messages and files to the designer working on your project • Answer your support requests • Verify designers' identity and pay them • Keep the platform secure, prevent fraud and apply our country restrictions • Improve the product (analytics only with your consent) We do not send marketing emails, and we do not sell your personal data.

• Contract: to provide your account, projects, payments and refunds • Legal obligations: payment and accounting records • Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention and support • Consent: product analytics cookies (you can withdraw it at any time with "Manage Cookies" in the footer; it takes effect at once)

• The designer assigned to your project: your brief, messages and files for that project • Everyone visiting the site: a designer's public profile (see the table above) • Service providers acting for us: our hosting and file storage provider; our database provider; our card payment processor; our email delivery provider; our product analytics provider (only with your consent; it receives your name and email when you are signed in); our AI provider (only if you use "Enhance with AI" in the brief builder; it receives the brief description, business name and industry you entered); a messaging service, which our team uses for operational alerts and to receive contact-form messages (it receives your name, email, IP address, country, browser, brief and project details, purchase details and the last 4 digits of your card; for designers, the name of their bank); a public exchange-rate service (no personal data is sent) • Authorities, when the law requires it • A buyer of our business, if it is ever sold We NEVER sell your personal data to third parties.

• TLS (HTTPS) encryption for data in transit • Access controls and authentication • Passwords stored only as a hash • Files you upload are stored at long, random web addresses that are not listed anywhere; anyone who has a file's address can open it • Designers' identity, address, bank and tax documents are kept in a separate private store that only our team can open • Card number, expiry and CVV pass through our server to the payment processor and are not stored by us

• Account data: until you delete your account (Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account). Deleting it removes your profile and deletes from our file storage the files you uploaded (brief reference images, chat attachments, profile and portfolio pictures), the files delivered to you, and a designer's identity, address, bank and tax documents. Your other devices are signed out at their next request • Payment, project and payout records: 7 years, for our legal and accounting obligations and dispute resolution. If your account has such records, they are kept under an anonymised account after you delete yours, together with the briefs and messages of those projects; files a designer delivered to a client stay with that client's project • Designer applications we turn down: the application, assessment answers and documents are kept until you delete your account or ask us to delete them • Contact form messages: in our team's messaging service, as long as needed to answer you • Analytics data: until you ask us to delete it. Turning Analytics off stops collection at once and deletes the analytics cookies and browser storage on your device; data already collected stays with our product analytics provider until you ask us to delete it Storage location: Our website runs in the EU (Frankfurt). Our other providers store or process data mainly in the United States and the EU (our product analytics provider and our AI provider are in the United States), and our payment processor and messaging service also process data in other countries. Where this involves transferring personal data from the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) as required by applicable data protection law.

Under UK GDPR (and the EU GDPR where it applies), you have the right to: • Access: request a copy of your data • Rectification: correct inaccurate data • Erasure: delete your account (Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account), or ask us to delete your data • Portability: download your account data with "Download my data" in Settings, or ask us for it • Object to or restrict certain processing • Withdraw consent for analytics at any time • Complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or your local data protection authority To exercise these rights, contact support@truelogos.pro.

Our services are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have collected such data, contact support@truelogos.pro and we will delete it.

We may update this policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
