This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for credit purchases, designer projects, and our escrow protection system.
1Our Refund Commitment
At TrueLogos, we stand behind the quality of our professional designer marketplace. We offer a fair and transparent refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the sustainability of our platform.
2Refund Eligibility
Designer Projects:
• Full refund if project cancelled before designer accepts
• Escrow protection until you approve final delivery
• Dispute resolution available for quality concerns
• Partial refunds negotiated on a case-by-case basis
Credit Purchases:
• Unused credits refundable within 14 days of purchase
• Used credits are non-refundable
• Minimum refund amount: €5 EUR
3Escrow Protection
Your payment is protected by our escrow system:
• Payment is held securely until you approve the work
• Designer receives payment only after your approval
• If you're not satisfied, you can request revisions
• Disputes are handled by our support team
• Full refund if designer fails to deliver
4Refund Process
1. Request Submission: Email support@truelogos.pro with your project details
2. Review Period: We review requests within 48 hours
3. Decision: You'll receive approval or explanation
4. Processing: Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days
5. Confirmation: Email confirmation when refund is issued
5Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
• Completed projects after final approval
• Credits that have been used for projects
• Services completed more than 30 days ago
• Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
6Quality Disputes
If you're unsatisfied with designer work:
1. Report issues before approving final delivery
2. Provide specific examples of quality concerns
3. Request revisions from the designer
4. If unresolved, contact support for mediation
5. Partial or full refunds based on verified issues
7Refund Methods
Refunds are issued via:
• Original payment method (preferred)
• Account credits (instant processing)
Processing Times:
• Credit/Debit cards: 5-7 business days
• Account credits: Immediate
8Special Circumstances
We may offer full refunds in cases of:
• Designer abandons project without delivery
• Duplicate charges or billing errors
• Significant delays beyond agreed timeline
• Platform errors affecting project delivery
• Force majeure events
9Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us before initiating chargebacks. Accounts with chargebacks may be suspended pending resolution. We reserve the right to dispute unwarranted chargebacks.
